The USA Swimming Summer Splash Tour is going to visit the All-City Swim Meet on Thursday July 31, 2003 at the High Point Swim Club.  USA Swimming is the governing body of swimming and this visit is part of their promotional tour.  The tour is visiting over 20 states this summer and we are lucky to get a visit, so it is very exciting news.
