Facility Information

Hill Farm Swim Club was founded in 1960. It was the host of the first All-City Swim Meet in 1962. In 2009, Hill Farm Swim Club rebuilt its pool and remodeled the entire facility. It is now an 8 lane 25 meter pool.

 

Other pool features include:

• Starting block height: 30 inches

• Water depth at start end: 5 feet 6 inches

• Lane width: 7 feet (with one foot buffer on each side of the pool)

All-City Meet Description

 

 

All-City Swim and Dive League

The All-City Meet is a championship meet of the Madison All-City Swim and Dive League. The league includes 12 Madison-area pools. Except for the Middleton and Monona pools, each of the pools is private and offers annual summer memberships. Middleton and Monona are public pools. Non-residents can purchase daily passes at both pools.

 

The 12 member pools joined the All-City Swim and Dive League in the following years:

• 1962: Hill Farm, Ridgewood, Maple Bluff, West Side, Shorewood

• 1965: Monona

• 1968: Parkcrest

• 1973: Nakoma

• 1986: Middleton

• 1994: High Point, Seminole
