I have always enjoyed sitting in tent city with swimmers of all ages eating snacks and playing games together while we get hyped for our races.

I will attend Arizona State University and major in mechanical engineering. I also plan of participating in either club swimming or tennis and ASU.

At the 2007 All-City hosted by Ridgewood, I jumped in the water once the winner “Ridgewood” had been announced. Immediately after I was picked up by a Ridgewood swim coach due to my similar swimsuit. Once on top of the coach a reporter took our photo and I made the cover of the Wisconsin state journal.

This fall, I am going off to Missouri for a leadership/service gap year program with Kanakuk Ministries. Through the program, I am also taking a month-long trip to Egypt to help work with orphanages and impoverished children. I plan on attending UW Milwaukee fall of 2022.

My favorite All-City memory is when we won all city in 2013, and I got to jump in the pool with all of my friends. And after the meet to celebrate, my Dad took me to see the Lone Ranger in the movie theater.

My favorite events are the 100 Butterfly and Freestyle.

My favorite All- City memory is when Shorewood took first place in the 2014 All-City at Nakoma! Each of my coaches were dressed as lunch lady’s and jumped into the pool with the whole team.
